I am a Christian, a wife, a legal guardian, a dog mom, and a nurse. I have been an RN, BSN for 21 years, and that includes my LVN years. I have home health, hospice, and medical surgical experience. I recently transferred to the emergency department, lots to learn! I am a preceptor, and I am an advocate for nursing mentorship, supporting and lifting up my fellow nurses. I have a passion for health and wellness, and most importantly, fighting to reducing nursing burnout.
